Important Note !

Due to the high cost of fuel and impending toll road costs......

The machine prices include telephonic and internet installation and training assistance.
If you require on-site assistance, an installation fee of R2500.00 per full 8 hour day plus travel expenses will be charged.
Any other on-site assistance will cost R320 per hour plus travel.

Warranty repairs will be done on-site but travel costs will apply. ( Luckily our machines are very stable and it is unlikely that you will need this option.)
Alternatively the machines can be sent to our Johannesburg office for service or repair if it is required.

We do not offer any design software training. We do offer limited help with the ConstruCam 3D software package telephonicaly or via internet. This software is free of charge with our machines (except High Z-S400 standard)
We will charge for service requests pertaining to the free software.
